Mission Statement   The Hartville Saddle club is a non-profit organization whose purpose is to create a center for quality family-orientated activities in a spirit of good community with strong and healthy programs for our members (adults and children) in and around the Hartville area.     To all Saddle Club Members:   As you know our South Central Show is scheduled for August 1st & 2nd, the first weekend in August. This year some of our main working members will be gone during this event, due to either new jobs or family events.   We need at least 10 members to work this show each night. This includes working either in the cook shack, taking money at the gate or working down at the sound shack.    We need an announcer, a ring master for both nights, someone to keep track of the scores and people to set up poles and barrels on stock night.   If we cannot get enough volunteers to help, we will be cancelling this show. It cannot be put on with our normal 4 or 5 people that seem to work every event that we have.   Also, we are calling an emergency meeting for the 20th of this month to make sure we have the people we need. June 14 at 4:00 - weather permitting.   We are doing a Fundraiser this month. Donate a new pair of shoes, sandals, or slippers of any kind and your class will be free. This is to benefit the farming in Afghanistan, where one of our military forces are helping teach alternative farming methods to the farmers.   Hope to see you Sat.       OPEN HUNTER/JUMPER HORSE SHOW HARTVILLE SADDLE CLUB   CANCELED Saturday, May 17, 2008 – 9:00 a.m.   Show will be held on   "June 7, 2008"     2008 MEMBERSHIP FORM   Memberships run from January 1 thru December 31 of the current year. Membership Dues paid after September 30th of the current year will apply to the following year.    We are in need of:    ACTIVE Members  will attend a minimum of 4 meetings a year and work 3 events annually a minimum of 4 hours per event.
